VINYASA FLOW
This vinyasa-style yoga class focuses on connecting movement with the breath. Flows are created for all levels and abilities, providing opportunities for advancing or modifying your practice. This fun and energizing practice is the perfect way to start your day or refresh after work.
POWER FLOW
This faster paced vinyasa class starts with a shorter warm up and then builds the internal heat by going through a series of standing flows and strength building movements. This is an accessible yet challenging yoga class, that offers more advanced postures, however there will also be modified options provided.
SUNDAY RESET
This Sunday Evening flow is the perfect way to unwind and relax before a busy week ahead. This class includes a gentle yoga class as well as a short meditation or inspired reading to send you into your week feeling centered, reflective and with a positive outlook.
